GROOMING PROCESS

*During our initial phone call, you can tell me about your pet’s personality, any medical conditions, and the type of services you are looking for.

*I will need to know the general bathing area you have available.

* The night before your appointment I will send you a reminder text of our appointment.

*Upon arrival I will contact you and check in.

* After setting up in your designated spot, I will meet your pet. We will go over specifics of what you would like for your pet and make any adjustments if your pet needs extra attention.

* If your pet’s hair is shorter and has no matting, they will receive a complete shampoo and conditioning first. I use a tear free shampoo to insure your pet’s comfort.

*They will be towel dried first and then blow dried to completely dry the hair. Once dry I can start on tidying the pads, feet, and sanitary areas. I will sometimes save nails till last if they are sensitive to having their nails trimmed, please let me know in advance if this is the cases with your pet.

* Next comes the custom cut that we decided on and finishing the trimming. I will let the dog shake out and double check for any areas in need of touching up.

*I will check in with you to see if you have any adjustments you would like.

*We can book you next appointment at this time if you would like.

* Before leaving I will tidy up the area and clean up pet hair.
